As we begin the month of November, the parish came together to celebrate the Feast of All Saints, participating in several liturgies throughout the day.

There was a gathering too, for our younger parishioners (5-12 years old) who, with the help of their parents and the Missionaries of Charity, entered into the spirit of the day and came dressed as Saints.

There was time to sing songs, play games, have snacks and lots of fun!!

The children came dressed beautifully, representing a wide variety of saints. We had St Teresa of Calcutta, St Scholastica, St Francis Xavier, St Elizabeth, St Helen, St Joseph, Mother Mary and Blessed Carlo Acutis. Our youngest entrant came as Moses – complete with basket!!

At the end of their time together, the “saints’ marched into the church at the beginning of our final liturgy of the day, reminding us, that we are all called to be saints and we must continue striving to grow closer to God every day.
